Multiredskab XL is a full-scale outdoor training facility designed for community, function and physical exercise. With dimensions of over 10 metres in length and over 6 metres in width, the facility offers space for many simultaneous users and allows for complete training programmes with body weight, grip and movement in focus.
The many elements, including an arm walk, pull-up rack, hand rings, climbing bars and incline bench, cover the entire spectrum of street workout and create a complete facility for functional training. Beginners and advanced users can train simultaneously and contribute to creating a strong movement culture.
The multi-equipment is constructed from steel, stainless steel, HPL and EPDM rubber. All materials have been chosen to create an aesthetic design with a long lifespan and safety in mind. The large facility is suitable for installation in parks, schoolyards and residential areas, where it can serve as both a training room and meeting place.
Training options and features:
- Arm walk (straight & with handle): Train grip strength, endurance and coordination - perfect for both adults and children.
- Climbing bar: Build raw upper body strength and stability by forcing the bar vertically.
- Incline pull-ups: Use the incline pull-up bar for graduated strength training in the back, biceps and shoulders.
- Hand rings: Train advanced movements like L-sits and ring rows - ideal for core and balance.
- Climbing ladders: Activate the whole body for climbing, hanging leg lifts and dynamic movements.
- Parallel bars: Use for dips, L-sits, arm balances and push-ups - both strength and coordination.
- Incline bench: Focus on core, balance and controlled movement with abdominal and back exercises.
